Politically Exposed Person (PEP) - a private person:
1) which holds one of the following positions: head of the state, parliament deputy, head of government, minister, deputy of a minister or deputy of the deputy of a minister, state secretary, judge of the supreme court, judge of the constitutional court, a member of the management or supervisory board of the highest audit body, a member of the management or supervisory board of the central bank, ambassador, authorized secretary, army command personnel, member of the management or supervisory board of a state company, as well as any of these persons, but left this position during the previous year;
2) which is the relative of the person mentioned in paragraph 1, such as parent, the spouse and any partner considered by national law as equivalent to the spouse, children and their spouses/partners;
3) about which it is publically known, that this person has business relationship with any of the persons mentioned in paragraph 1 or together with such a person owns the statutory capital of any company; as well as a private person who is the sole owner of a legal entity about which it is known that it is established in favor of the person mentioned in paragraph 1.
