Example of a finance lease: the calculation is made for a car with a purchase price of EUR 27,022 including VAT, a customer down payment of 15% (EUR 4,053.30), a commission fee for contract execution of 1.5% of the car value (EUR 405.33), an interest rate of 2.29% + 3-month EURIBOR (3.038%, fixed 31.03.2023), which in total amounts to 5.328%. In the above example, the monthly lease payment for a 5-year contract is EUR 438.51 including VAT. The annual interest rate (APR) is 5.328% and the total amount to be repaid at the end of the lease term is EUR 30,769.48, including VAT. An additional condition is that the customer must have CASCO insurance for the car throughout the term of the leasing contract.

Example of an operating lease (rental): the calculation is made for a car with a price of EUR 27,022 including VAT, a customer down payment of 15% (EUR 4,053.30), a commission fee for drawing up the contract of 1.5% of the value of the car (EUR 405.33), a residual value of 35% (EUR 9,457.70) and a mileage limit of 90,000 km at the end of the contract, an interest rate of 2.29% + 3 month EURIBOR (3.038%, fixed 31.03.2023), which totals 5.328%. In the above example, the monthly operating lease (rental) payment for a 5-year contract is EUR 300.87, including VAT.  An additional condition is that the customer must have CASCO insurance for the car for the entire duration of the operating lease (rental) contract.
